The search is on for the 16th head coach in the long and storied history of the Chicago Bears after John Fox was fired Monday morning following a three-year record of 14-34 as the Bears head man.

General Manager Ryan Pace informed Fox that he was relieved of his duties a day after the Bears concluded a 5-11 season with a 23-10 loss at Minnesota.

Pace will meet the media Monday afternoon at 5pm EST to discuss the decision and the search process moving forward.
