Carimi slowly returning to action

After an injury marred rookie season that limited him to two games, Chicago Bears offensive tackle Gabe Carimi enthusiastically returned to the practice field during the second week of organized team activities (ota’s) this week.

“I feel real happy with the progress I made even though there were points in it where you’re just like, ‘Is this ever going to get better?’, stated Carimi. ” Obviously, it has. I feel great now.”

Carimi is being brought along slowly in his rehab, alternating his participation in workouts with watching from the sidelines. There’s no hurry to push him, as training camp in Bourbonnais doesn’t begin until late July.  READ MORE
